Hi There! My name is Stephanie Buckley and I am an Alternative Pain Management Coach. I help women reframe their relationship with pain and take back their power.
I help women through pain science, mindfulness, movement, and self-care practices.
I have a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology and a Masters of Physical Therapy. Along with over six years of clinical experience having worked as a physical therapist.

My Story
Growing up, I became fascinated with the human body. I always knew I wanted to help people in some way. This led me to becoming a physical therapist.
Working as a physical therapist is where I found my passion for pain science. As I started this career, work became my life. Everything else came first before me. Sound familiar?
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with depression and forced to look at my reality that I started to make changes in my life. I remember asking myself, “If I don’t have my health, what do I have? The answer was, “Nothing.”
This began a mindset shift in choosing to put me first above all else. Little did I know, this shift would change my life in ways I could never have imagined.
Addressing my mental health led me to face my physical pain. Throughout the years I went from an active lifestyle to a sedentary one. Limiting myself because of my fears of pain and re-injury.
Making the decision to heal myself inside and out, I went from barely being able to get out of bed, tearing up at just the thought of taking a shower, phoning home crying every morning in order to get out the door to go to work, to being brave enough to leave my 9-5 job as a physical therapist and create my own business as an Alternative Pain Management Coach.
